Healthy-Vitamin-Choice.com is a site developed by Drs Jenny and Peter Tylee. We are both health care professionals who actually:

are passionate about health and wellbeing,
understand health is not just absence of disease,
actively promote health,
love empowering others through health education.

We know that ensuring optimal intake of vitamins and minerals alone is not enough to ensure good health, but it is certainly a vitally important part.

We have decades of professional experience in multiple health disciplines, including nursing, psychology and natural medicine. We were also senior academics who spent almost 15 years teaching in Australian universities. We each have several degrees including PhD.

So why this site?

We know the importance of diet and assimilation (absorption and use) of nutrients, including vitamins and minerals. Peter needs a special diet so this has always been an issue for us. We are always providing information to others about this so we checked the web for places to refer folk to. That's when we saw the problem.

Unfortunately, most web sites we found suffered one or more of the following problems:

nameless authors,
faceless authors,
only an email contact,
no broader health understanding,
focus on products rather than people,
confusing site,
confusing or wrong information,
and many more shortcomings.

We worry about people learning from or doing business through such web sites. So we decided to provide one ourselves. We are real people who don't need to hide anything. And while we believe you can trust us, we encourage you to read our policies page and note the disclaimer.

We have sound, professional level knowledge and experience that spans both orthodox (or "regular") and alternative health domains. We are well educated and have a capacity to critically evaluate new developments related to vitamins and health.

Having been Primary Health Care practitioners and academics we are committed to providing information to empower you to make good health choices and take responsibility for your own health. We don't claim to be perfect, no one is, so please get in touch if you think we have made an error.
